We work with transparent individual rates. Every team member assigned to your project has a known hourly rate, agreed before work begins. No hidden fees, no surprise markups.
There is no fixed minimum. Some clients start with a focused two-week sprint, others with ongoing monthly retainers. We scope each engagement to match the actual need.
You receive the full name, role, and rate of every person on your team before the contract is signed. No anonymous resources, no last-minute swaps without your approval.

Before the 5th of each month you receive a detailed hours report broken down by person and task, plus an invoice. Payment is due within 10 business days. Everything is documented.
